Ok, so it's 6:34 and I am still in this craphole. My genius district manager decided that it would be a great idea for everyone to work til 7:30 to call customers. So, I'm sitting here working up some loan applications for customers that I already have, which I would have done this morning but we didn't come in until 10:30. So, that took away all my morning work time to get things done.

So I am sitting here working up a loan and I just got off the phone with a customer and my manager jumps up my ass about not being on the phone. I attempted to tell him that I had just got off the phone with a customer and he says to get with it and get on the phone. I've worked for this company for two years so most of my business is referrals at this point, and I make my numbers every month while doing very little work.

My problem is that this bitch sits there on his ass every day and makes money off of me while doing nothing. He complains that business is down but doesn't do anything about it himself. Then when he does try and get business, all he does is piss people off. He doesn't even know the password to the site where we get the values for people's homes/cars. He just asked me how to use the link I sent him!

I swear one of these days I am going to become violent.
