Ok, so I don't normally start these goof off threads (or many threads in particular), but I decided since it has been getting a bit heavy for me both on and off A.net, I would goof off a bit.

So, what is your favorite movie that most people think is a pile of crap?

Personally, mine is Bloodsport (the one with Jean Claude Van Damme, not 2-4 with Daniel Bernhardt). Great action, hilarious lines, and a cool story (no matter how much Frank Dux embelished it).

So, have at it

"I hired a contract killer" and "Ariel" - both by Ari Kaurismaeki. I liked them but they are somewhat depressing; scenery and dialogues are bleak.

As good as Quentin Tarantino is, "From Dusk Till Dawn" was really two movies in one. The first half rocked, and the second half was as cheesy and shitty as any "B" movie ever. Still, I enjoyed it very much.

Sometimes all you can do is look them in the eye and ask " how much did your mom drink when she was pregnant with you?"

"UHF" starring 'Weird Al' Yankovic, Victoria Jackson, and Michael Richards, is a classic. So is 'Rock and Roll High School' starring The Ramones.
