Bon Jovi? Great show? Sure you're not watching a Metallica show? Big grin
Sorry, that's unfair I know but you must know...my username and Bon Jovi don't match.
I didn't attend that show at the Giants Stadium BTW.

I didn't go and see them at GS, it's a bit far for me Big grin (being from Belgium and all). I did, however, see them at Werchter this year. Great show! 30-35.000 people.

Superfly,

they can't just fill an arena, here in Europe they're still a stadium band, more than ever. To give you an idea:
2000: Wembley stadium, 2 nights, sold out (2 times 70.000 people)
2001: Amsterdam Arena: 2 nights, sold out (2 times 50.000)
2001: Munich, sold out (80.000 people)
2001: Giants stadium, NJ, 2 nights, sold out (2 times 80.000)

Just a few high lights

BTW, who says Bon Jovi and Metallica can't go together? I happen to like both (I have the Black Album, Load, Reload and S&M, and I love 'em all!)

Greetings Big grin

Juul:
That's cool. I am glad that live musicians can fill up an arena somewhere. I am not a big Bon Jovi fan but I do own two of there LPs 7800 degrees Fahrenheit and Slippery when wet.
As for Metallica, I have all their good ones. Kill 'em All up to And Justice for All.

Not very Bon Jovi related but what should I like about that picture? What do you mean? The "Metal Up Your Ass" image or that website?
BTW: The "black album" also is an excellent record!

That is (was) a term used a lot by Metallica and their fans.

Ah, you mean "Metal up your ass". Sure! They wanted to name their first album like that but the record distributors wouldn't accept this name. So they took "Kill 'Em All" as a message to the record industry. Big grin
Later there were even Metallica t-shirts with the above graphic.

I know that story. A friend of mine from high school (1988-91) wore that t-shirt to school all the time. It's kind of funny because today in some parts of the country, 'Metal up Your Ass' would mean something completly different.  Big grin
