I'm sure, led by my esteemed friend KROC, we'll hear all the 40-year old lame jokes, but a nice pat on the back for Cleveland.

http://www.cleveland.com/cuyahoga/pl...yahoga/1128596221247890.xml&coll=2

I lived in the city 12 years. Lived in an older neighborhood, but never had any problems. Live in the far western 'burbs now, but have no reservations about saying, when asked, "I'm from the Cleveland area".

Nice that some European rag had to be the one to give Cleveland props since anyone who lives in the States knows the real deal.

Booooooooo! Those of you who know me know I'm a Pittsburgher, so what can I say when it comes to something like this? Cleveland is the "Mistake on the Lake!" What the HECK is that girl in the article talking about when she says that "the Cleveland Browns are so much more fun" than the Steelers? Please, I'll take my Steelers over the Browns any day of the week (even though sunday is the only one that usually counts Big grin).

GO PITTSBURGH!!!!!

The only sign of civilization in Clevland is the sign on the side of the road that says "Pittsburgh: 100 Miles"

Then explain what you would call the hell hole that is Erie, PA?

Congrats, Cleveland, although I have to chuckle at the story link below the story:

• Cleveland man's body is found in garage

But, as the cast of "The Drew Cary Show" would sing, "Cleveland Rocks..."

What do you call a Pittsburgh football player? A Steeler.
What do you call a Pittsburgh fan with a BMW? A Stealer.

What ever happend to PDX or HNL? I always thought CLE would be at the bottom of the list. I never been there but I never heard good things about it.

How the fuck is Cleveland the most liveable city? Liveable? Maybe if you're a cold blooded animal with a crack addiction.

Hey it could have been worse, they could have listed some other Lake Erie city about 200 miles Northeast as number one, but then KROC would really be going off on a tangent. Or even worse, Sorrycuse.

But for those of you who have not been to Cleveland in the last decade, its worth checking out, definately a nice city. I don't see how it beats out some other US cities except for that traffic aspect, but still a nice place to visit for a day.
