Is it Manchester United?

Also, where is it (in England)?

hehehehe  Smile

Wembley Stadium was the old National Football team Stadium, but it was going to be knocked down and a new one built, now nobody knows what is going on!!!!

It is in Wembley, London, North East of Heathrow, roughly north of the houses of parliament (well, from when i've flown over!).

Manchester United play at Old Trafford Big grin

regards

Dan

Really right by the Houses of Parliament?

I was so close then, I was around Westminster Abbey, but I never saw it.

I tried to ask this guy selling Man. United stuff but he said he had no idea.

Wembley Stadium is in North-East London (in Wembley funnily enough) and nowhere near the houses of parliament. Wembley itself is a sh*t-hole - it's quite an industrial area.

Currently the stadium is not in use (it was supposed to be knocked down to build a new one) but British bureaucracy being what it is, nothing has happened yet and is likely to happen for a while.

I used to think the brain is the most fascinating part of my body. But, hey, who is telling me that?

You may have been confused by the fact that the FA Cup Final is staged at wembley along with the league cup and the playoffs and charity shield.

they involve league teams, the charity shiled often has man united in it(for the last 4 years).

Arsenal also played there two seasons ago for their european cup matches, prehaps that is wear your confusion lies.

Mancester United shirts are sold throughout the country in sprot shops a long with many other major teams, liverpool, arsenal etc.

A section of fans in london 'support' man utd, there are known as glory hunters.they have never watched man utd play and forsake great london teams like arsenal, chelsea, westham and spurs to support man utd.

i regret to inform you that wembley is no where near the houses of parliament, its in the suburbs of london, at the moment its closed and is meant to be rebuilt by 2004, though with this government famous for the dome as well, i dont expect much will happen.

krgds, ps did u like london?

It is amazing what can be accomplised when nobody takes the credit

I think that they could not get enough funds from the government to build the new stadium...
