In my house, we had 2 dogs, a cat, and 2 parrots.

Last week, my favorite dog died. He was an 80 kg. Bernese Mountain Dog named Buddy. Most loyal and affectionate dog I've ever had (and I've had plenty). This weekend my wife and I are going to visit a whole bunch of farms to find a new one (same race).

I used to think the brain is the most fascinating part of my body. But, hey, who is telling me that?

So sorry about your puppy's death. That is a beautiful beast.

I don't consider the dog that lives with me a pet. She is my best friend and guardian. Some people think she is big and mean just because she's a Rottweiller. I have a friend that thinks this dog would hurt her child. HA! Her child, in the presence of this dog, could not be safer. Sam loves the little girl, in fact, she loves all children.

What is it with all the "is there a possibilty airline X will.." threads? The answer it'll is possible.

You don't think he's frightening? Maybe you need to smell him to get the full picture.

Thanks for the kind words, everyone. Good news - After a two day search of about 10 breeding farms, we found a new Bernese puppy! Still haven't decided on a name yet, but I'll post a couple of pictures as soon as I get the developed.

Cheers,

Charles

We have a 7 human year old golden retriever named Copper. He is named that because he has really dark copper-colored fur, almost like an Irish Setter. We didnt name him though, cause we adopted him from the SPCA in April 1998, when he was 4.
