Found this picture while surfing the net, it's amazing and you really think the road is blocked by that giant bottle , my question for painters and others in the know: will this 3D effect be the same in every angle or do you have to view it in a specific angle?

I believe you would not have to move very far to spoil the illusion. I have noticed in helicopter shots during F-1 races that Shell Oil signs on the ground are sometimes painted e l o n g a t e d to look right from one particular trackside camera.
This is especially true where objects are painted to look like the background they cover - like the bridge in Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade.
