I've only had 3 hrs sleep, so if this doesnt make sense forgive me.
I finally get to sleep around 3am. Nice deep sleep, the type I wish I had every night. Well, out of nowhere, I wake up with a big jump, and realize that there is a nasty smell.. And it's getting worse.. After a minute I realize.. HOLY SHIT. A SKUNK just sprayed outside my apartment...
There used to be bushes in front of most of the complex, but they got torn out cause they were in bad shape.. I guess the skunks lived there.. Now they probably live in neighbors bushes or the nearby park, but DAMMIT! Why spray outside my window?!?!?!
Whoever invented skunks should be drug into the street and shot..

LOL, Maybe the skunk did not spray? They smell just as bad without spraying. Though the smell does not bothe rme I use to feed the ones we had living under a shed.
I would rather have them on my side when walking out the door knowing they were fed by me and not spraying me lol..

I just boght my new car a month ago, and on my first country drive of it, I was going up to my cottage on Lake Huron and I ran one right over, I killed it but I didnt hit the stink sac, thank god.

When I was a teenager (back in the late 1960's) while taking a shortcut through a semi-wooded area to a nearby supermarket, I got sparyed by a skunk. Talk about stink....PHEW!!! Had to take off all my clothes outside, wash up with Fels-Naphata bar laundry soap. I love it on a nice hot, humid summer night getting a snootful of skunk funk...
