NYC is to cold, SFO is also quite cold in february. SIN is always warm but very wet. Oman is to boring. JKT is like Singapore, warm. Why not South Africa? Cape Town?

This is out of left field but, this upcoming February just may be the time for you to check out MSY! They still plan to have Mardi Gras and, hopefully, things will be closer to normal and there should be some interesting travel deals. Of course, FLL and MIA are always possibilities.

What about Malaysia? Some cracking deals and it's a beautiful place. Weather would be quite pleasant at that time of year - just getting into the rainy season but it's not like constantly raining (we went in rainy season and while it rained once a day it didn't affect the holiday at all).

What about Australia/NZ? It's the middle of their summer then so will be nice and warm.

Cheers,
Noel.

I would suggest South Africa; particularly the Western Cape.

I went there last February and the weather was perfect!
It's a stunning country with some of the most beautiful scenery on Earth.

MIA is very nice at that time of year. If you have not been their yet.
Also another great place is Argentina. EZE is amazing and some great beachs in Uruguay. Might be pretty hot there but not horrible.

My suggestions are Dubai or Abu Dhabi. Dubai has nice beaches and great shopping!
