The newborn is 2nd on the list to access the throne but will remain in this position if she is an only child, if she only has sisters or if the constitution is modified by the government to allow a female heir to acess the throne, as long as she is the eldest of the Prince's children even if a boy comes next (so far only the male can acess the throne even if the sister is older)
