Hello fellow ANET members,

I have this CF-18 low pass shot was was wondering how the crop was and if the image was overall acceptable to the database.

Hi,

Not a great crop imho, as there is no reason to clip the wingtips as you have especially at the top; the aircraft is also soft and the colors oversaturated.

Thanks Dana.
A 4:3 crop might work for this shot in that case although I believe there will be some dead space. In this case i'll keep it for the personal collection.

I had just removed it, didn't get a chance to delete it previously.
How about this one?

Noisy, and a bit soft.

Which of the two would be a better addition? I think #2 is better although I would like to know your opinion...

Yes, the second is better, although the contrast is quite harsh, which would likely lead to a color/contrast rejection.

Thanks again. I have not removed the first one yet as it will be screened any time now so will just wait and see...

Ok, fair enough. Good luck with that one!
