got this one rejected for been too dark and over sharpened but it does not look oversharp to me

Looks slightly oversharpened to me. Should be an easy correction.

I guess the reason is the jagged lines in front of the wing.

Looks better to me. I would probably erase jaggies in a couple spots (bottom of nose, leading edge of wing), but they might be fine.

FYI, I see 4 or 5 dust spots, too....
