It feels like it needs CW to me as well.
Personally, I would use the approximate horizon; basically where the trees meet the ground. You can see it on the right side, but you kind of have to estimate it on the left side. I gave it 0.5 degrees CW based on this, and it looks better to me.
"Two and a Half Men" was filmed in front of a live ostrich.
I remember commenting on this shot when you first posted it for pre-screening and we did mention it was unlevel at the time. The photo needs quite a bit of CW rotation. I agree with vikkyvik that is needs something around 0.5 degree, maybe slightly more.
