Pre-screening -Higher ISO

this is the first time I'm really trying a picture that was shot at a higher ISO on an overcast (and rainy) day. I have processed the picture and I am looking for advice the following things,

Sharpness
Noise
Color
Centering

I'd say definitely too noisy for A.net. Also looks a touch soft in parts, and maybe a cyan cast.

Vik is correct, noise, color, and softness will all be issues.
