Hi guys,
this morning (very early) I took this shot of Lufthansas B747-8.
I did some editing in PS but however I am not 100% satisfied with the colours of the image. I have to admit that I am not a photoshop/editing pro.

Well I have to admit that the orginal is actually really soft and to some extent noisy.
So Dana is absolutely right.
But life is often like this when you use equipment which is not worth the equivalent of a small car (It was a simple EOS1100D with a 55-250mm lens)
The softness is really not a big issue if you resize it and sharpen it. And thanks to Dfine 2.0 even the noise is not a problem.
But back to the topic.
Yes the halos came from my editing. I do (always) have my problems with early morning / late evening light.
I have not figured out how to correctly process them colourwise.
Because normally I change the colour levels by setting a black and a white point. But with this light I don't have a white point.
That's why I am asking for help now.
@epten: thanks for your help. What did you do to change the colours? Could you describe it?
