this is a call for help. i need to write a three-page paper for tommorow on the stages of aircraft engine development with respect to noise. i was about two pages into what i was writing when i realized it was too damn technical when it came to describing how the engine works etc. and lacked information and specifics on the noise constraints. can anyone help me out?
