For those of you who understand Swahili, then Jambo is the Swahili word for Hi.
I hope i have sent this message to the right forum, and that probably someone out there can help me.
I work for an Airline Representation/Management Company in Africa. I've been assigned with the task of preparing a paper on ""A view of our Market"" / Market Survey for another Airline.
I'd glad if someone can assist me with this, that is what to include in this.! And provide any other important information relating to this.

Jambo! Can you give us a little more information about this survey? What is its purpose? Will you be talking to an airline's passengers? Maybe I could put you in e-mail contact with a survey company here in the U.S.
