Emergency Landing Question

At our airport (YWG), we get numerous long-haul medical emergency landings from Asia, Europe and the U.S. But all the carriers are from the Americas or Europe. I have not seen a JAL, KAL, ANA, CX, SQ, CA or QN emergency landing to date for medical emergencies. Can anyone hazard a guess as to why this is so?

Well I guess the other have just not gotten an Emergency at the right time around YMG.

Flymia is correct.
No Airline would risk a medical Emergency.They are probably lucky till date.
