RB211 Spinner Fairing Issue

Hey everyone! On one of our 752s, the spinner fairing on #2 continues to develop cracks around a few of the mounting holes. We have gone through SIX all together, and it countiues to happen. Is this more a product defect, improper torque or excess virbration???

There have changes to the spinner design on the RB211 that addresses this issue. Maybe you guys have the old style.

We had problems with our RB211's concerning spinner fairing cracks, I know weve been asked to inspect closely on PFI's, I seem to remember there being an SB on this but not sure, will try and find out.
