As EMBQA said they are antennas and in this case they are definitely the ADF aerials. You will find that the ADF antennas are always black whereas a SATCOM antenna will usually be painted as you can see in this pic of a BBJ:

The two black ones are the two ADF's and the big white one at the front will be the SATCOM antenna.
