I have a presentation that I have to give to my class next week and the topic that I was assigned was airline operations -- which can include anything from what happens during a flight, to how much it costs (fuel, staff, meals).
Any information that you can give will be most helpful. I have found some information at air-transport.org, but the numbers there show totals for its member airlines. I would love information on a specific aircraft, ex: 747-300 or 400.

I can tell you that the average handling fee at BRU by Aviapartner for a B737-300 with average loadfactor is about $1200. This includes: ramp services (loading unloading, water and toilet service, push-back), pax check-in and boarding, weight and balance calculation (loadsheet). It doesn't include parking fees (collected by the airport itself), catering and maintenance.
ATC support for a flight from BRU to MOW by Eurocontrol costs another $1000.
Fuel costs can account for up to 40% of the DOC per flight hour for any aircraft.
I have a book about the subject, will post about it later.
