I have some questions regarding engine power and how it is build up for both props and jet engines.
The answers will make me able to build a realistic gauge in msfs for the realistic use of throttles and behavior of the flight model.
1° both for a prop and a jet engine is the poweroutput linear with the throttle setting ,meaning if for example throttle is at 20% on a 5000lb thrust engine will the output also be 1000lb (or 20%max), and 50% <=> 2500lb, etc...?
2°How much power (in%) will the jet engine deliver when set at idle (for a jet engine)?
3°For a prop, if pitch is set at normal (=full?) how much power will there be at idle setting from throttles for the prop.

On a sidenote, how do you set correct prop pitch , what are the determining factors (taxi, take-off, climb, crz, decent, landing)?

How you set prop pitch depends on the type of engine and how the governing works....

On Garretts, the prop blade angle is set by positioning the beta tube....if you've got it right, once you bring up the power and take the prop off the locks, the governor schedules blade angle and keeps the rpm constant. You're just using the prop to soak up more or less torque.
