Hello all. I have some questions about WN's 737-300s, and I was wondering if you could help me.
1. What is the max gross weight and the empty gross weight on the 737-300s that WN uses? I ask because I'm trying to figure out if they fly the HGW version or the "regular" one.
2. Does WN use the 20,000lb thrust -B2 engines, or the uprated 22,000lb thrust -C1s on their 300s?
3. Where do they presently stand on their proposed EFIS upgrade?

Are you sure they are B1s on the -300s? I thought the 18,500lb B1s were only offered on the -500s?

Alrighty then. I stand corrected, and the 737 reference I used is obviously wrong on that count.

I don't that it's wrong, per se. There easily could have been a 18,500 derated version for the -500 as an option, but given that the Classic series are out of production, or maybe the 18,500 versiondidn't get many takers, CFM just left it off their site. As far as the 737.uk site, there's only so much info one can put in a table, and I guess they elected to only put some in. That's why I went to the source, CFM's website...
