dunno....it kinda hard to know right now i guess....
but lets say that 1 or 2 engines failed shortly after take-off and the pilot didn't get permission for a emergency landing right away. And he was under stress and then he stalled the AC when he performed a sharp turn or any other similar maneuver....
but to be honest, i dont have a clue....maybe the flight controls failed?

A close friend was in Iran during the 70's as an instructor pilot for Bell Helicopter.
