Question On ATC For Chalk's Ocean

I had not realized that Chalk's had resumed flying from Watson Island/Port of Miami. I went down there a couple of years ago and their base was closed and, as a matter of fact, looked abandoned. At the time they were flying to Bahamas only from FLL.

Anyway, the question is, who provides ATC when they are off Miami? I often monitor Miami Tower and Miami Departure frequencies (119.45; 125.5) and do not remember ever hearing them at all.

Anyone would know? I am just curious --

If there is a low altitude satellite departure position at MIA TRACON maybe they handle them if not a tower helicopter position or similar.

I remember hearing them on 126.7 (MIA RDO) several times. This frq seems to cover a quite large area.
