What Is That Noise On The 727-200

what is that noise on the 727-200 you hear like ever 10 mins when your on the ground. It kinda sounds like water transfering from on place to another. does anyone know what it is

Water?
How about air. Pneumatics runs the airconditioning and starts the engines. They have to switch off the air to the airconditioning to start engines and then switch back.
