B742s In Operation

How many B742s with JT9D currently operate in US/Europe as Pax Airliners.
Is there any Noise Restrictions in these areas for this particular model.

Even though ours are cargo aircraft, every single one has a Stage III compliance placard on the flight deck. I'm not sure if they're capable of Stage IV.
