Hi guys/girls-
I posted here hoping that the added knowledge of the tech-ops forum could assist me in tracking down some resources.
I'm currently researching for a college 400 level political science class with an emphasis on Global Competition. I've focused my research specifically on Brazil, and the Embraer company.
I'm looking for resources that deal with global issues involing Embraer, ie. the WTO case vs Bombardier, or how the success of the company has influenced Brazil.
Most of the information that I have located focuses more on aircraft specifications, and not the effects of the industry.
I'd appreciate any help or leads that you could direct me to. There is no particular reference type that I need, books, periodicals, journals, etc.

Here is an article "Jet cuts on horizon for Bombardier" published in the National Post that covers your topic to a degree. It may be of benefit.

great! I appreciate your help.
Anybody else have any knowledge aside from airplane specs? Specifically the aviation industry in Brazil?
Search for airline/aircraft names for more info. Kinda hard to use wikipedia as a source LOL but maybe you can find out something new that may help you. Check the WTO's website as well.
Try to follow Brazilian aviation threads so you get a bit familiar and can ask questions.
Best of luck!!
