Runway 13R/31L At JFK Widened To 60 M Yet?

From another thread about the A380 coming to JFK:

Runway Width
Have one 60 M Runway (4R/22L)
13R/31L will be 60 M by 2008

I was wondering if any JFK employees know if 13R/31L modification was completed ahead of time, or is 4R/22L the only runway widened to 60 M so far? Obviously this will help determine what runway the A380 will land on tomorrow.

I did not read in any of the Port Authority bids in the last couple years anything about widening any of the active runways, all 11 of the runways at EWR, JFK, LGA and TEB are 150ft wide.

All of the original runways were supposedly 200 ft wide plus a 50-ft paved "shoulder" on each side. Seems to me they still showed as 200 ft wide in the 1960s, but I'll check.

According to Airnav (which is usually pretty accurate and up-to-date), 4R/22L is 200 ft. wide, and the other 3 runways are 150 ft. wide, as of now:

So that would mean that only 4R/22L is A380 capable, correct?

I don't know; but I would be surprised if the A380 needs a 200 foot wide runway (but hey, I've been surprised before...). It doesn't have thrust reversers on the outer engines, so I'm not sure what would cause this necessity.

Not to mention, 4R/22L is the shortest runway at JFK (8400 feet).
