Whats the purpose of the panel under the Wing just aft of the LH LE.

I've looked at some other photos, theres one on both sides, and it seems to be a vent of some sort.

Are you saying those are Ram Air Exhaust door.Why this location.The trend is almost straight line aft.

Yes they are the ram air exhaust doors, the packs are located in the wing root LE cavity.
