Hey!
I'm doing a research report type project and I'm looking for the approximate, average hourly fuel consumption statistics for the following regional jets. I searched this in the database and couldn't find it, but if a thread already exists just point me there or if there is a website just post the link. Thanks in advance.
-Bombardier CRJ200
-Bombardier CRJ700
-Bombardier CRJ900
-Embraer E170 or E175
-Embraer E190 or E195
-Fokker F70
-Fokker F100
But aside from the figures of planes that have been in service for a while, I'd look for something more recent. No E-190/5s yet as they either were still not in ops with airlines or at least not with U.S. airlines.
I remember someone quoting a website with all these amazing detailed figures. . . but I can't remember its name. Sorry. Maybe someone will.

Ballpark figures for the CRJ 100/200
4000lbs the first hour
3000lbs each subsequent hour.
I know actual figures will vary widely, these are just guidelines I would use to decide if the planning for a given flight looked reasonable.

The CRJ-200 CF34-3B1's each burn roughly 400 pph at idle. At takeoff power I think it's around 2400-2500 pph if I remember correctly. The APU burns around 120-150 pph depending mainly on bleed load, and to a much lesser extent, electrical load.

I forgot to add that the OAT will affect engine fuel flow rates quite a bit. I've seen idle ranges anywhere from 370 pph up to 430 pph. Of course the individual engine rigging etc. can also have a slight affect one way or another.

Quoting Tristar2000 (Reply 6): 1500 pph per side seems reasonable, could be even a little lower.
should be closer to 1200 in cruise (depending on speed and alt of course)
