Hello, Is there any expert in ATR aircrafts? I cant understand the purpose of hot air bypass valve and turbine inlet control valve. These valve are part of the air conditioning system. Thank you very much for your answers and help

I'm not an ATR guy, but typically there is a valve that controls how much of the bleed air goes through the air cycle machine (turbine) and how much bypasses it, and then mixes with the ACM outlet air. This controls the temperature. More air through the ACM = lower temps, more bypassing the ACM= higher temperature. Hope this helps.
