how does the crew regulate the preassure in there ears? like we passengers do, by squeesing our nose and breath, or is the preassure in the cockpit regulated automatic so the crew can keep both there hands flying the A/C? Is it also correct that the crew have seperate airsupply from the cabin?

The crewhas a seperate emergency oxygen supply, they have different modes. 100% Oxygen, or the mixture of cabin air+oxygen like the passengers get.
The crew has to regulate the pressure like everybody else!
