When you have a trip with multiple legs on the same day and you fly into a airport that does not have the crew flight palnning rooms that you normally would have acsess to like your briefing rooms used on those long international flights, how do you get your load sheets, weather ect...I know you get your final wieghts on acars.Is there a dispatcher at each destination.I know some airports don't have any dispatchers except the ramp and gate agents. At my airline (along with many others), we receive a release package (a 15 foot or so long sheet of paper) that is printed off either at the gate or at station ops. It is created by the dispatcher (who is located in a central location with all other dispatchers and other operations personnel) assigned to our flight and electronically transmitted to the station. It contains information such as flight plan, fuel burns, times, maintenance items, alternates, weather, performance data, NOTAMs, and other pertinent information for the flight. We review the release package, check its accuracy and legality, and operate the flight based on it.

That is for one leg. The airline I work for, we occasionally give 2-3 releases at once if they are short legs and have quick turns, but for the most part it's one leg at a time. Ours are approx 12-16 pages long per leg.
Giving them the whole day would not work for a variety of reasons (weather changes, temperature/pressure changes at departure airport (essential to MTOW calculations), runway conditions, delays, aircraft swaps, payload changes). On most days you'd be sending revisions anyways, so it doesn't make much sense to send the whole day at once.

I forgot to mention, if you are really interested in this, ask for the release package from the crew after the flight. If its an airline where they use them, they'll most likely give you it.... we just throw them away after every flight, they're no use to us.
