Good news from Congonhas for a change...

After 14 months, R$ 23 million and a lot of head banging between Infraero and São Paulo's City hall today we will finally have the official opening of the SBSP 's passage - connecting Washington Luis Ave. with the terminal and the parking lot.

It's a 310m underground tunnel (160m actually, the rest is (don't know the right term) built like a trench) that will eliminate the need of the traffic light and bring some relief to that road and its 1800 cars/hour traffic.
