Itried to view their timetable but to no avail. What would be the best way to find out which routes it's BAe 146 jets are used on?

Just go to the website again and type in some airports in the schedule part of the main page. I found a couple from YUL-YQM (Montreal-Moncton), YUL-YSJ (Saint John, NB) YUL-YYT, YUL-YHZ, YOW-YHZ, YHZ-YYT, YHZ-YYG etc.. Looks like they stay in the larger cities and dispatch DHC8s for the "smaller" communities. The last printed AC sched from last winter shows them going to EWR, but this has changed since then. There is a flight from YHZ-BOS now though. Not sure if they fly to other US cities though.
