CF11 And CF15 Why The Callsigns Vary?

I was wondering if somebody could advise me as to why these flights callsigns vary?

Sometimes the CF11 could have a callsign of "Swedestar 11 Echo" othertimes it has a callsign as "Swedestar 11 Echo Alpha"

The same happens with CF15 could anyone tell me why?
