Info Sought On Airbus In Hamburg And Dresden

I am trying to get as much information about the A300/310 conversions to freighters by Airbus. I would appreciate any links to websites, background stuff from people who work on either project in Hamburg or Dresden and any advice on what sort of a company they are like to work for? Also what are Hamburg/Dresden like as work bases?

I already have access to the Airbus site so any others only please.
