Anyone know what that huge spike is for on the new Superjet 100?

Thanks

To do very exact measurements in a place where to aircraft body doesn't start to influence them.

Important for calibration of aircraft instruments.

Will it still be there when the aircraft enters into service?

No it won't. It's purely for testing purposes.
