Max Weight And Ranges For The A330 Family?

I was wondering what the max takeoff weights were for the A330-200 and -300. I know that the A330-300X is the HGW version, but say if it has PW engines, then it won't be certified to as high of a MTOW as one with RR/GE engines since there is thrust deficit with the PWs. What MTOW and what ranges are NW/US/KE/OZ A330s certified at since all use the PW4168A?? Also, for the record, is there such thing as a A330-200X or are the A330-200s HGW versions only??

Do you know if Airbus could increase the weight say 5t without major revisions to the airframe to get another few hundred miles out of it??

It's tempting to say "yes" because the engines (the Trent for sure) can be certified at 75 000lb thrust.
But!
I've no idea what would be needed to be done to the wing, the landing gear, the stabilisers and tail etc etc, if MTOW went up.
My gut feeling is that Airbus will have already plucked the low hanging fruit, as the MTOW has already risen over time...but I'm only guessing.
