If you're looking for good info on operation of commercial jetliners, there's none better than the books of Captain Mike Ray (retired, formerly of UAL). He has them for the Boeing 737-300/-400/-500, the 757/767, the 747-400, and the Airbus A320. I currently have eBooks of the 737 and the 747, and anticipate eventually adding the A320 one to my collection as well. You can get them direct from Mike at www.utem.com or at PCAviator's download store and FSPilotshop.com.
