I see Qantas wants to make sure LAX is eqipped with non-remote gates for the A380. Does anyone know what gates they currently use at LAX. I believe they have one gate in term 4 for departures/arrivals. Also in the Bradley terminal. Can an inbound international flight be handled at term 4 (customs) or does term 4 only have outbound Qantas.

Yes, inbound international flights can be handled at terminal 4. You get herded along corridors and tunnels and through to customs, then spat out in a dingy corner of arrivals. I've flown QF93 MEL-LAX a few times and arrived there. I don't know which other flights use it.
