Mel;
With all these audits, drug tests, medical tests, standing by with fire extinguishers and duty breaks, when do you get time for any actual work on aircraft?

We conduct a self-audit monthly. We have an annual audit by our audit group. Our QC/QA group can perform an audit anytime. The FAA walks in at random and does their thing and, since we are a DoD contractor, the DoD joins us annually for their thing.
