Winglet Repaint Question

Hey Guys:

I noticed on the 737/757 and soon to be 767 carry the APB Winglets. I would like to know during an a/c repaint, do these winglets get stripped of their paint like the rest of the a/c or do they simply get painted over?

just like the wings.. if the contract calls for it, they get painted

So they do strip the paint off of it right?

Composites are sanded..not striped..
