At-Risk Flying Fees

What do airlines charge regionals flying at-risk to use their reservation systems?

In the past, I saw that some airlines charged EAS carriers $20 to $25 per passenger to use their systems. I wanted to know whether that fee was an accurate gauge of the cost to use these systems.
