Hi guys,
i have one question concerning to rwys. How many takeoffs and landings are possible with two paralel rwys and why can u use two rwys without restrictions when they are 1520m away from each? Are they no problems with starting and landing planes?
How large is the security distance between planes?

It depends on weather, accuracy on ILS equipment, accuracy on approach radar systems etc, etc......
In general (some places in europe anyway) you establish a "staggered" approach pattern, ia you have one A/C over the THR on one runway and one at 1,5 miles final on the other, then one at 3 miles at the first runway, and so it goes.....
In VMC, there is no minima, only wake turb is a factor.
