Hi all,

Not sure if this is the correct forum but I was hoping someone can help me with a project I am working on. We are looking at a business proposal starting a seaplane service serving specific markets in northern Europe. I have the following questions;

1) Is it possible to wet lease a Cessna Caravan Amphibian?
2) If so, where are such operators based (Canada...)?

We have the market, agreement from all involved (ports, airspace etc) but are nervous about acquiring a plane etc up front for the launch of this business. Any info / ideas / suggestions are very welcome!
