Airbus A300 can perform a 15/0 takeoff, where the leading edge slats are adjusted to 15 degrees and the flaps kept retracted.
Can any other airliner do the same for "hot and high"?

Other aircraft which can takeoff with flaps retracted include the DC-9, Fokker F-28 and Fokker 70/100 (the Fokker 70/100 and F-28 have no slats either).
The glass isn't half empty, or half full, it's twice as big as it needs to be.
