What Is The A340-600X?

Posted (3 years 1 month 1 week 2 days 17 hours ago) and read 4184 times:

I was looking around on airfleets.net and noted that LH has only one A340-600X (D-AIHU). Then I looked on some other A346 operators such as VS, SA. IB, QR but none of them has any A340-600X.

So my question is what is the A340-600X? What is the difference compared to the regular A340-600?

Okay, but according to that thread LH has several A346 HGW but only one of their a/c has the designation A340-600X (according to airfleets; http://www.airfleets.net/flottecie/Lufthansa-active-a340-35.htm).
