How many cabin crew operate on the A330-200 and 300? Does it differ between domestic and international? Also, which of the two seats at R1 are occupied? I believe one is a crew rest seat, therefore only occupied inflight.

Not sure if its explained in that document as I can't open it, but at least when I had something to do with it, QF cabin crew were divided into long haul and short haul (ex-QF and ex-TN). Both types are trained on A330s. In fact, short haul can do all types except 747 and A380, and long haul could do everything but A380 and 737. A380 was to have a dedicated pool of specialist cabin crew. I don't know why either, but probably to reduce the restrictiveness and complexity of the award.
